Return policy

We strongly believe in the craftsmanship and quality of our gear, but if for any reason you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery, subject to the eligibility requirements below.

We do not accept returns for RØDE products. Warranty and product support for RØDE products is provided by RØDE directly


1. Contact us with your order number, a receipt or proof of purchase, and a brief description of the reason for the return before shipping the item(s) back to our warehouse. 

2. If our team determines that your return is eligible, ship your return to our office at the address below:

Note: we do not provide prepaid return labels, and it is your responsibility to ship the return to us at your expense.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Attention: We do not accept returns for orders made from our Amazon store, B&H, or any other authorized vendors. You should process the returns directly with them. All Beastgrip products purchased from authorized vendors are cowered by our warranty.


All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Items with signs of use, dents, scratches, damages, etc will have a minimum 10% restocking fee deducted from the refund amount, and we reserve the right to reject returns for any of the reasons outlined below.

Shipping costs are not refundable in any case and will be deducted from the total refund amount. If you use our free shipping option during the purchase, we will provide you a copy of the receipt, with the actual shipping cost, for your records.

Returns can be rejected for the following reasons, including, but not limited to:

  • Purchase was delivered over 30 days ago
  • Purchase was made from an unauthorized retailer, friend, etc.
  • Items were damaged, i.e. user error, accident, and/or normal wear and tear

    The rejected returns can either be sent back at your expense or destroyed.

    If your return is rejected and we do not receive a response from you within 14 days of our email notification, your items will automatically be destroyed.


    Your return will be processed within 1-3 business days after it’s delivered back to us. If it meets our eligibility requirements, you'll receive an email notification with the amount of your refund. If it doesn’t meet the requirements, we’ll email you the reasons why it was rejected and ask how you’d like to proceed

    Note: refunds are sent back to the original payment method used to complete the purchase. Please allow 3-5 business days for your bank/PayPal to process the funds.
