Refund policy
We strongly believe in the craftsmanship and quality of our gear. Still, if for any reason you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery, subject to the eligibility requirements below.
All products sold as Refurbished are final sale and cannot be returned.
Please note: Items must be shipped back within 30 days. If your return was not shipped on time, we will reject your return. No exceptions!
Attention: We do not accept returns for orders placed through our Amazon store, B&H, or any other authorized vendor. You should process the returns directly with them. Our warranty covers all Beastgrip products purchased from authorized vendors.
EU Customers — 14-Day Statutory Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in one of the 27 member states of the European Union, you have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, use our EU Withdrawal Contract function. We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal request by email within 24 hours, including a timestamp of your submission.
The following terms apply to EU statutory withdrawals:
- You must submit your withdrawal request within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be shipped back within 14 days of submitting your withdrawal request.
- We will refund the product price plus the original outbound shipping cost (up to our standard shipping rate) within 14 days of receiving the returned item or valid proof of shipment. Valid proof of shipment must include a carrier-issued tracking number showing the package was accepted at the point of origin.
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
- We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for all returns. We are not responsible for returned packages lost in transit. In the event of a lost return, the customer is responsible for filing a claim with the carrier.
- Import duties, taxes, and DDP service fees are non-refundable.
- All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Items showing signs of use, damage, scratches, dents, or missing components will have a deduction applied to the refund amount reflecting the diminished resale value, assessed upon inspection. We reserve the right to decline the return if the item shows signs of heavy use or damage.
- Refunds are sent back to the original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for your bank, PayPal, or other financial institution to process the funds.
If your 14-day withdrawal window has passed, your order falls under our standard 30-day return policy below.
Standard 30-Day Return Policy
If you are outside the European Union, or if your EU 14-day withdrawal period has expired, our standard 30-day return policy applies.
We will gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery, subject to the eligibility requirements below.
Please note: Items must be shipped back before the end of the 30-day period. If your return was not shipped on time, we will reject your return. No exceptions!
Instructions
