DES PLAINES, Ill., July 10, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Beastgrip, Co. has resolved its patent dispute filed against Photography and Cinema, Inc. and Ye Xu in January of this year (Case No.17-cv-611, N.D. Ill.), in which Beastgrip alleged willful infringement of its intellectual property rights of its U.S. Patent No. 9,195,120 and U.S. Patent No. 9,435,979.

The parties have entered into a settlement agreement with undisclosed terms regarding both Cinema Mount Mark I and Cinema Mount Mark II (collectively, the "Accused Products"). The Defendants have pulled the Accused Products from the U.S. marketplace, which were sold through various websites and third-party marketplaces, including, but not limited to:

  • pixeladdix.com
  • kamerar.com
  • photographyandcinema.com

Beastgrip intends to continue its vigorous enforcement of its patent, proprietary, and intellectual property rights as evidenced by recent litigation against Photography and Cinema, Inc. and Ye Xu. The company's executive released the following statement on the matter:

"We are very pleased to have reached this settlement with the Defendants. We believe this agreement will strengthen our intellectual property for the high-quality products that we create."
