Processing & Delivery

• Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday)

• Express orders placed before 1:00 PM CST ship the same business day

• Orders placed after 1:00 PM CST or on weekends/holidays will ship the next business day

• You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships

• Delivery times are estimated, not guaranteed

 

U.S. Shipping

• Free shipping on orders over $75

• $5 flat rate for orders under $75

• Orders ship via USPS, FedEx, or UPS

• Express shipping available at checkout

International Shipping

• We ship worldwide via FedEx, UPS, USPS Express, or DHL

• Orders ship within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri)

• DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) available for select countries, duties, and taxes included

• For other countries, customs fees, import duties, and taxes (VAT) are the customer’s responsibility

• Import duties and taxes are non-refundable once shipped

Preorders & Backorders

• Payment is charged immediately when placing a preorder or backorder

• Orders containing both in-stock and preorder/backorder items will ship once all items are available

• Estimated shipping dates are listed in each product description
