Beastgrip, Co. (“Beastgrip”) offers a one year limited warranty from the shipping date against defects in manufacturing and workmanship on all Beastgrip-branded items contained in original packaging when used as directed in Beastgrip’s published guidelines including, but not limited to, user manual and product descriptions.

We offer a 30 day return policy on unopened and unused Beastgrip products. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return before shipping the item(s) back to our warehouse (address can be found in the "Shipping" tab below). We reserve the right to charge a processing fee or deny the return if the product and/or product packaging shows signs of use, or is damaged, opened, missing parts, or returned more than 30 days after delivery. We also require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.
We do not accept returns for RØDE products - all RØDE sales are final. Warranty and product support for RØDE products will be provided by the manufacturer. (http://www.rode.com)
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds (if applicable)
------------------Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
