Shipping Policy

Orders are usually shipped within 2 to 4 business days.


US Customers:

All domestic orders ship free via FedEx Ground or USPS. During checkout, shipping may be upgraded to FedEx Express for faster delivery (charges apply). 

Tracking number will be provided when package is shipped.

Please note: Delivery time is estimated, not guaranteed.


International customers:

We ship worldwide with FedEx at a flat-rate of $35. Please Note: FedEx does not ship to P.O. boxes. Shipping addresses must be provided in English.
The customer is responsible for any custom fees, import duties, or VAT/taxes (written here as “import costs”) that may be imposed by their country’s customs department. By law, we cannot mark packages as a "gift", or declare lower value on the invoice. The prices shown on our site do not reflect any import costs and it is the customer’s responsibility to pay for these charges upon delivery. If the customer refuses to pay for the import costs, FedEx will return the package back to us at the customer’s expense. If a package is returned for this reason, the original and return shipping costs will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Each international package will be insured with loss/damage coverage.

Insurance claims for lost/damaged packages no less than 50 days from the original shipping date.  If you have not received your package by this time, please email us at and we will gladly help.
