Orders are usually shipped within 2 to 4 business days.
We offer free domestic shipping on orders over $100. Flat rate $8 shipping for domestic orders under $100. Both free and flat rate shipping will be made with either FedEx Ground, FedEx Smart Post or USPS. During checkout, shipping may be upgraded to FedEx Express for faster delivery (charges apply).
Tracking number will be provided when package is shipped.

We ship worldwide with FedEx at a flat-rate of $35*. Please Note: FedEx does not ship to P.O. boxes. Shipping addresses must be provided in English.
The customer is responsible for any custom fees, import duties, or VAT/taxes (written here as “import costs”) that may be imposed by their country’s customs department. By law, we cannot mark packages as a "gift", or declare lower value on the invoice. The prices shown on our site do not reflect any import costs and it is the customer’s responsibility to pay for these charges upon delivery. If the customer refuses to pay for the import costs, FedEx will return the package back to us at the customer’s expense. If a package is returned for this reason, the original and return shipping costs will be deducted from the total refund amount.
For lightweight international packages, we also offer shipping with USPS First Class International for a flat-rate of $18. This service usually delivers packages within 10-25 business days, but it may take longer due to customs clearance, duties, etc. This service provides a tracking number, though tracking information may not be available once the package leaves the U.S. For the latest tracking information, contact your local post office and provide them with the tracking number. *Attention: Due to the large volume of the BGS-100 Action Grip packaging, any international order containing it will be shipped via FedEx with rate calculated based on volume/weight of the complete order. $35 flat rate shipping is not available for this product.
Each international package will be insured with loss/damage coverage
Insurance claims for lost/damaged packages no less than 50 days from the original shipping date. If you have not received your package by this time, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will gladly help.
We're unable to make any changes to the shipping address or cancel delivery once the package has been picked up by the postal carrier. If your package is in transit and you choose to cancel the order, you can either refuse the package or send it back to our office at the address below. Note: returned/refused packages will incur an additional shipping cost. Also note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and the total amount of shipping charges may be higher than what you originally paid. Pre-order Shipping Policy:
Attention: Pre-orders are expected to ship in November 2017.
Domestic customers: If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the in-stock items will be shipped for free within 2-4 business days from the order date, and the pre-order items will be shipped out as soon as they are available.
International customers: If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your entire order will be shipped together in one package as soon as the pre-order items are available. You also have the option to split your shipment, and have the in-stock items shipped within 2-4 business days from the order date, and the pre-order items shipped as soon as they are available for an additional shipping fee. To set up a split shipment, please email us your order number and request at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will walk you through the process.
