I have just received my Beastgrip 58 mm filter adapter for 37 mm support and I can tell you that the quality of this Adapter is top notch, this does not surprise me at all from Beastgrip I take all my products from them and no disappointment and in addition the after-sales service as well as Ana who is super dedicated, I am impatiently waiting for the Beastgrip DOF Adapter MK3.
I recently purchased the Beastgrig 58mm Filter Adapter for a 37mm mount and overall, I’m quite pleased with the product. The build quality is solid, instilling confidence in its durability and functionality. This adapter has proven to be extremely useful, especially when incorporating ND filters into my photography setup, enhancing my ability to control light and achieve the desired effects. However, there’s a slight hiccup for users like myself who have invested in the Beastgrip Pro + 1.33X Anamorphic Lens MK2 Bundle. The lens in this bundle is designed for 62mm filters, not the 58mm size that this adapter supports. Consequently, I had to purchase an additional 58mm to 62mm adapter. This extra step, while not a deal-breaker, is something potential buyers should be aware of, particularly if they’re looking to use the adapter in conjunction with the aforementioned lens bundle. In summary, while the adapter is great in terms of build and utility, be mindful of the filter size requirements of your lenses. The necessity for an additional adapter might be a minor inconvenience but is something to consider based on your existing gear.

This adapter may be small and reasonably priced, but it's incredibly useful to quickly screw it on the Beastgrip to add filters to use with my iPhone. Shown here with the circular polarizer for use with my iPhone 12 Pro. Everybody should have one!

when you use the adapter it is good but it would be better if you had bigger Choice sizes. just to be able to use bigger filters and not have to step up. the product its self feels very sturdy and well built.
The 58mm filter mount attaches easily and firmly to my beast cage and to my filters. Well made and solid...highly recommended!
For this particular project I wanted to use creative filters to soften the harsh sharpness of the Samsung S20 Ultra’s 8K image. So the step up ring was a god send as it allowed me to use a wide variety of 77mm filters without any problem. This is a great purchase 🏆

I wanted to attach a 70mm adapter to the 58 adapter, but it got stuck at the top. You would have to make the 58 adapter higher and jumping over any obstacle would not allow me to fit the 70mm adapter to which I wanted to attach a variable filter ND.

As is the case with every Beastgrip product I have ordered, this one is engineered to a high standard. Made of metal, it screws in effortlessly to my beast, cage, and accepts filters for its adapted diameter.
It’s a good step up ring and works fine so long as you stick with 58mm filters. Just, don’t expect it to lift your larger filters above the Beastgrip housing, even with a second step up ring. You still lack ca. ⅛” of clearing the bumps on the side. I got it in hopes that it plus a 58mm to 77mm step up ring would let me use my VND with my standard iPhone lens. It does not.

Great product, i was able to use my ND and CPL filters from my Canon camera to make my videos, built sturdy and light.
It's well made and works fine. I think it's a little over priced considering you can buy an entire set of step up rings for about the same price. Having one filter to step up 21mm is nice, but still...
Works great as far as adapters go, no complaints to speak of.
