And it isn't just theory, the BeastMod Cage has already been battle-tested in real-world productions, including the short film O₂ and projects by our friends at Strada, where it was used to support additional equipment like DOF adapters with cinema lenses, wireless video systems, and external power banks. Under intense, demanding conditions, it delivered rock-solid performance without any compromise.

Machined from durable aluminum, the BeastMod Cage features industry-standard 15mm rod support with precise camera alignment. This allows you to easily integrate matte boxes, lens supports, follow focus units, and other gear commonly found in pro-level production. In short, it lets you use the same tools and workflows as you would with traditional cinema cameras.

It also includes a detachable mounting plate with multiple tripod mounting points and dedicated mounts for ARRI BP8 and BP9 base plates, which makes it easy to mount your rig to support systems via dovetail. Standard NATO rails on both sides provide fast, secure attachment for handles and other accessories, giving you incredible flexibility when building your rig. With multiple ¼”-20 and ⅜”-16 threaded mounts and location pin slots, the Beastmod Cage offers virtually unlimited options for attaching monitors, microphones, lights, and everything else you need to bring your vision to life.
