New production company Ghost Digital Cinema just released a heartwarming short film about pro skateboarder Sean Malto on his difficult road to recovery from a devastating ankle injury.

As you can see, the film goes deep inside the mind of Sean, showing his inner thoughts, reflections and love/hate relationship with the sport. Ty Evans from Ghost Digital Cinema explains how they shot the film in a very interesting behind the scenes video as well, (shown below) showing the gear they used, including the iPhone, Beastgrip Pro + DOF Adapter, FilMiC Pro and products from Freefly SystemsRadiant Images, Schneider Optics, Wooden Camera, Blue Shape, Maxx Digital, Canon Cinema lenses, and Small HD

We're extremely proud to be a part of this project and look forward to seeing Sean back on his board. Stay tuned for an interview with Ty Evans, one of the filmmakers in this project.
