The Beastgrip Quick Release Plate is a precision-machined mounting accessory built to the Arca-Swiss standard, offering a stable, low-profile solution for tripods that support Arca-style clamps. Crafted from lightweight black-anodized aluminum, it delivers secure performance for mobile filmmakers using the Beastcage for iPhone 16 Pro and Pro Max, and is fully compatible with future Beastcage models.

The plate can be mounted at any point on the Beastcage using a single 1/4"-20 screw with integrated locating pins, ensuring a secure, twist-resistant fit. It’s perfect for handheld, tripod, or gimbal setups, and its versatile design makes it an essential tool in any iPhone camera rig.

For gimbal use, the plate includes 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threaded holes to attach to most gimbal quick-release plates. It is intentionally designed not to protrude in front of the cage, making it especially valuable when working with external lenses or filters. This allows you to mount the rig upside down on a gimbal, aligning the optical center of your lens with the gimbal’s axis, improving balance and stability for smoother operation.

The Beastgrip Quick Release Plate also pairs seamlessly with the RT Mount, enabling secure, vertical mounting of your Beastcage on a tripod — ideal for vertical video production.
