We're excited to announce that we have received the new Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra, and it's an exceptional device.
Following Apple's lead, Samsung decided to keep the design of their new device similar to the previous generation S22 Ultra, which is a significant plus. The wide variety in shapes and sizes of Android devices, along with the position of camera modules, makes designing camera accessories challenging. However, Apple's consistent design approach allows for reliable performance with all our gear, due to shared mechanical design and camera performance. It's great to see that Samsung has also adopted this approach this year, ensuring that the Beastgrip Pro rig and Pro Series lenses work seamlessly with the new Galaxy S23 Ultra.
Our team has carried out extensive testing with our lenses and is currently working on showcasing their exceptional performance in an upcoming video. Although the new Galaxy S23 Ultra appears almost identical to its predecessor, the most significant changes are found internally, which have resulted in improved device performance. As camera enthusiasts, we have noticed a considerable improvement in the video capabilities of the new model. Videos recorded with the Galaxy S23 Ultra display well-balanced colors, excellent dynamic range, and minimal noise in midtones and shadows when capturing high-dynamic scenes. Additionally, the main camera module has a short focus distance, allowing it to focus with our 1.7X Tele lens just a few inches away from the object, producing a beautiful shallow depth of field and bokeh. Furthermore, the short focus distance makes the Galaxy S23 Ultra fully compatible with our DOF Adapter MK2. Although the MK2 version is currently sold out, we are excited about our upcoming MK3 version and will share more information as soon as possible.
To summarize, we are impressed with the new Galaxy S23 Ultra and cannot wait to share our update and video with you. If you want to elevate your Galaxy S23 Ultra's photography and videography game, our gear is an excellent choice. Stay tuned for more updates!
